THE STREETCAR PAVILION

A proposed streetcar pavilion design for the New Orleans Streetcar stop at S. Carrollton and Willow.

This pavilion aims to raise awareness about New Orleans’ vulnerability to climate change-induced sinking. Its focal point is water: the back wall is entirely made up of a continuous stream of water, thanks to the moat that collects rainwater from the top and channels it into the fountain covering the back.
